둔하이데 전원주택
마을 외곽의 농촌 생활
House Doonheide는 북 브라반트의 게메르트 외곽에 위치해 있습니다. 이미지 품질을 기반으로 한 시 요구 사항은 마을 외곽의 신축 건물이 농촌 특성을 가져야 한다고 규정합니다. 매끄럽고 자연스러운 소재와 현대적이고 전통적인 기술이 어우러져 고품격 생활의 즐거움과 함께 시골의 현대적인 모습을 선사합니다.
디자인에서 도로와 평행한 낮은 홈통이 있는 길쭉한 박공 지붕은 정원 쪽에서 최대한의 가시성과 프라이버시를 만들기 위해 선택되었습니다. 모든 건물 부품의 끝 벽에 개방적이고 자연스러운 느낌을 주기 위해 수직으로 적용되고 열적으로 수정된 Platowood Spruce 슬랫이 선택되었습니다. 가문비 나무는 초가 지붕의 돌출부 아래에 있는 부품과 관련하여 원하는 회색 과정이 원활하게 진행되도록 하기 위해 풍화된 색상으로 마감됩니다. 나무 칸막이의 고정은 Platowood의 Weathered Color와 동일한 RAL 색상의 볼 헤드 못으로 코팅됩니다.
넓은 전기 단면 문을 통해 두 대의 차량을위한 실내 차고에 대한 접근은 본관의 끝 정면에 있습니다. 이 차고 문은 Platowood Spruce도 포함되어 있기 때문에 완전히 눈에 띄지 않게 숨겨져 있습니다. 목재를 사용하면 단면 문의 가시성을 매우 눈에 띄지 않게 자세히 설명 할 수 있습니다.
현관문 근처에는 Platowood Spruce가 유리 앞의 슬레이트 스크린으로도 사용되었습니다. 이 스크린은 입구에서 따뜻한 외관을 제공하는 동시에 입구 영역에서 프라이버시를 제공합니다. 아래 유리를 쉽게 청소할 수 있도록 스크린을 분리할 수 있습니다. 수직 나무 칸막이의 개념은 말 그대로 내부로 이어집니다. Platowood Fraké는 여기에서 시트 재료로 사용되며 외부 파사드의 칸막이를 나타내는 나무 칸막이로 내부 요소에 사용됩니다.
House Doonheide
Rural living on the outskirts of the village
House Doonheide is located on the outskirts of Gemert in North Brabant. Municipal requirements based on image quality prescribe that new construction on the outskirts of the village must have a rural character. A combination of sleek and natural materials and modern and traditional techniques gives the house its rural contemporary look with high-quality living pleasure.
In the design, an elongated gable roof with a low gutter parallel to the road has been chosen to create maximum visibility and privacy on the garden side. To give the end walls of all building parts an open and natural look, vertically applied, thermally modified Platowood Spruce slats were chosen. The spruce wood is finished with Weathered Color to ensure that the desired greying process runs smoothly in connection with parts that are located under the overhangs of the thatched roof. Fastening of the wooden slats is coated with ball head nails in the same RAL color with Weathered Color from Platowood.
Access, through a wide electric sectional door, to the indoor garage for two cars is located in the end façade of the main building. These garage doors are completely inconspicuously concealed because the Platowood Spruce is also incorporated on them. The use of wood makes it possible to detail the visibility of the sectional door very unobtrusively.
Near the front door, Platowood Spruce has also been used as a slatted screen in front of the glass. This screen gives a warm appearance at the entrance and at the same time privacy in the entrance area. The screen is removable so that the underlying glass can be easily cleaned. The concept of the vertical wooden slats is also literally carried through to the interior. Platowood Fraké is used here as a sheet material, and as wooden slats referring to the slats on the outer façade, for interior elements.
